About SreyCapital
Enterprise AI and automation, built for the real world.
Passion. Experience. Diligence.
SreyCapital is a boutique advisory firm focused on one thing: turning AI from experiments into accountable business outcomes for asset‑intensive and regulated enterprises.
We work with CEOs, CFOs, and COOs who need AI portfolios that move P&L, stand up to board and regulatory scrutiny, and actually change how the business runs—not just produce impressive demos.

How We Work
Board‑aware. We translate AI value, risk, and trade‑offs into language boards and audit/risk committees can act on.
Operator first. From IoT and digital payments to water intelligence and insurance, we have taken AI from pilot to production in messy, real‑world environments.
Regulation‑ready. We work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal so AI programs meet regulatory expectations and internal policy from day one.
Change‑focused. We design operating models, roles, and incentives that make AI stick, not just launch
